Step 1 - RMA

  • Select your order.
  • Click on the details button.
  • In the form choose your product.
  • Put your comments.
  • Click on the "Request a return" button

Step 2 - What to do after application approved?

  • Click on the "Print Out" button.
  • Print the "Order Return" form.

Step 3 - Return the parcel to us

  • Prepare the package (included printed order return)
  • Return your products (at your expense)

Step 4 - Return the parcel to us

  • Wait for refund/replacement/repair
  • After investigations, if the part is defective and/or Estel's liability is involved, we undertake to reimburse you for the transport costs related to its return.

Policy return

Overall Return Guidelines

These are Estel’s overall return guidelines. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

  • The product is purchased directly from Estel.
  • The returned product must be in a saleable condition and exhibits no physical damage.
  • All the original product packaging (including instructions, accessories, trademark, etc.) must be sent back along with the product.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be provided to Estel.

If any of the above conditions and requirements are not met, the item is not confirmed as a faulty good, or the product is not returned with prior approval, the return case will be rejected under this policy. In this case, Estel will not be responsible for any incurring charges.
